Her deep knowledge spans multiple sectors, including semiconductor, aerospace, oilfield, industrial, and analytical markets, with a particular focus on advanced polymer materials.

Throughout her career, Carla has been at the forefront of key commercial transformations, spearheading customer lifecycle management and leading initiatives in commercial digital transformation. Her expertise in areas such as CRM, pricing strategies, and ERP optimization (from lead generation to cash conversion) has helped organizations streamline operations and accelerate revenue growth.
