CAPABILITIES

With over 65 years of experience, Everseal is a full-service converter specializing in precision die-cut products. We produce components as small as 1/8″ in diameter and up to 90″ long. With more than 25 presses and complete in-house processing—from slitting to laminating—we maintain full control over quality, tolerances, and lead times.

Everseal’s Precision Converting Capabilities

Rapid Prototyping & Dieless Cutting

Everseal supports engineering builds, trial runs, and short production runs with quick-turn prototyping. Using advanced CNC digital cutting, we provide dieless cutting for rapid sample production and design validation.
Our waterjet technology offers additional flexibility for producing accurate parts quickly—ideal for early-stage development or prototypes without tooling.

Slitting

Our precision slitting equipment converts large rolls of material into narrower rolls or strips with extremely accurate widths. This process is critical for preparing material for die-cutting, further converting, or direct assembly. Slitting ensures consistency, efficiency, and uniformity throughout downstream production.

Laminating

Laminating involves bonding two or more materials into a single, integrated structure using adhesives, heat, or pressure. This process allows us to create custom composite materials—such as foam with adhesive backing, reinforced rubber, or coated films—tailored to your engineering and performance requirements.

In-House Die Production

Everseal maintains a full in-house tool and die shop, ensuring precision and quality from design through production.
We manufacture compound (male/female) steel dies with tolerances as tight as ±0.001″.
We also maintain and rebuild steel rule dies—resharpening rule, replacing rule, and installing new punches—to guarantee consistency, longevity, and performance.

Flatbed Presses

Flatbed (platen) die-cutting creates accurate parts using a vertical cutting motion ideal for flexible materials.
Everseal operates presses ranging from 5 to 110 tons, including multiple high-speed auto-fed systems, clamshell presses, and manual Atom presses.
This range enables tight-tolerance cutting for both custom, low-volume projects and high-volume production without sacrificing speed or quality.

Part Presentation

Part presentation is critical for seamless assembly. We deliver parts in the best format for your application, including:

  • Kiss-cut to the liner on rolls
  • Kiss-cut into sheets
  • Bulk packed in bags
  • Stacked in columns and boxed

We collaborate with your production team to ensure the parts arrive ready for efficient assembly.

Waterjet Cutting

Waterjet cutting uses a high-pressure water stream—sometimes with abrasives—to cut materials without generating heat. This eliminates the risk of thermal distortion and supports tight tolerances.
Waterjet technology is ideal for intricate geometries, heat-sensitive materials, prototypes, and specialty applications.
It handles rubber, foam, plastics, composites, and thin metals while producing clean, consistent edges.

The Lab (via XMEK)

Through our parent company, XMEK, Everseal offers access to a state-of-the-art material development and reverse-engineering lab.
The XMEK Lab specializes in elastomers and engineered plastics, helping customers create custom material formulations, analyze components, and optimize performance.
